Crispy Dough Pizzeria

I tried to order mozzarella sticks and a pizza. I got a call maybe 10 minutes after ordering saying they were out of mozzarella sticks, and asking if I'd rather substitute jalapeo poppers. I said no thanks, please just remove it from the order and send me the pizza. They said sure no problem, but that I had to call GrubHub to get it removed, and they helpfully provided the phone number. I called the number and it was resolved within a few minutes, and the money for the mozzarella sticks was refunded with no trouble.

Then when the order arrived (10 minutes early!) there was a pizza and a takeout package of french fries with cheese melted on top. I told the delivery person I was only expecting a pizza and he said the fries were on the house.

I wasn't expecting anything more than the pizza, but Crispy Dough really did go above and beyond to make it right when they didn't have mozzarella sticks for me. I really just wanted the pizza (which was excellent, I might add) and the mozzarella sticks were extra, but the complimentary cheese fries even when the mozzarella sticks had been refunded really shows me what an excellent business this is. The pizza was great, and after this excellent experience they will probably become my go-to pizza delivery place!

Food was a few minutes late and Garlic bread was unimpressive but the pizza was great and the falafel wrap contained the best falafel I've had in years, not dry/crumbly/rock hard, just really really good. Interesting to have it in a flour tortilla with ranch dressing but it really hit the spot. Overall very happily surprised.

Very quick about preparation and delivery, consistently the fastest restaurant in the area. Food is much better than would be expected for cheap local fare, baked fries in particular are amazing. Will be ordering again

Amazing! Delivery was way earlier than expected. The guy who delivered was polite and friendly. The pizza was warm, in great shape, and delicious. I ordered the blue Buffalo pizza. Best around and a must try!

My order was accurate and delivery was faster than they said! Also the food was warm and tasted amazing as usual from this place. Anything on the menu is great and halal.

It was one of the few good experiences of ordering food in Boston after moving here from New York. Food wasn't stale and cold like other places I ordered from. It was fresh and tasted good, specially the fries and salad in dinner box.
